一、什么是构词法?
构词法就是按照语言规律创造新词的方法，主要有派生法、合成法、转化法和缩略法。
1、派生法
一般来说，词根的字面意思就等于单词的实用意义，那么我们只要记住了词根的字面意思，从单词中辨认出词根，再通过掌握一定的词缀的意思，我们就能理解并记住这个单词。
词的前缀和后缀可以和词根一起构成意义丰富、具体的各种词类的单词，比如前缀self-，可以加在名词、形容词或分词的前面。
2、合成法
合成法是指由两个或两个以上的词干或独立的词组组合起来构成新词的方法，也叫复合法。主要有三种：复合词、结合词和合成语派生词。我们来看具体的例子：
再如结合词：是由两种语言词素结合而成如：电视television—tel(希腊语telos远)+vision构成，super(拉丁语前置词“在上面”)+structure=superstructure(上层建筑)等。
